These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) apply to the Heltec web store located at https://heltec.org(collectively, the “store”). The store is the property of HELTEC Products, (“The Hotspot”). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SALE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
HELTEC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Sale, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Sale periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by HELTEC, these HELTEC Terms of Sale shall apply to any and all orders placed by you for products of Heltec on the HELTEC store (the “Product” or“Products”).

Payment Terms
The HELTEC reserves the right to change prices for products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. HELTEC accepts all major payments, prepayments with Paypal and TT.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
HELTEC may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. HELTEC may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on https://heltec.org, we’ll provide you with an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify HELTEC’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. HELTEC reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If HELTEC cancels an order after you have already been billed, HELTEC will refund the billed amount.
The reasons that may cause the decline of your order:
- Using unauthorized third-party plugins, service tags, cheat, hack or bot include aimbot speed hack, etc when shopping. If such a case occurs, your account will be blocked permanently.
- Payment pending within 1 Hour.
Shipping
After receiving your order, it will take 3-5 days to process. Subsequently, the shipment follows.

Delivery Issue
Normally the order will be shipped out in 6 weeks after the order process is done. delays of delivery are subject to changes with further notice.
An email enclosed with your tracking number will be reached at your billing address.
Returns&refund
The return&refund policy rules:(within 10 days after being received)
- The Product you ordered remains broken or damaged when having the package, you also have the option to submit photo documentation along with your claim for the return,replace or refund.
- The goods that are defective.
- There will be no refunds during the delivery term; nevertheless, after the delivery period, you may request a negotiated return.

All returns are subject to a shipping fee liable for customers.
Taxes
All the taxes are not covered by Heltec, the customers will be responsible for taxes and customs cost that occur. Shipping and insurance for good transportation from the HELTEC to customer, as well as import/export fees, duties, and taxes, will be paid by the customer.
Loss / Damage
The Heltec will not bear any responsibilities for the risks of goods loss or damage.
If customers require that the Product will be insured, while in transit between warehouses and when being shipped to a customer. The additional insurance cost will be paid by customers, the insurance value and coverage will be sufficient to compensate customers for the fair order value of the Goods in the event of damage, theft, or loss.(insurance rate:1.5%)
Warranty
To obtain a 3-Month Limited Warranty Service from HELTEC, you must activate your product, with proof of purchase.
Limited Warranty
- HELTEC’s liability and the sole remedy under this warranty are limited to the applicable warranty period for the Product and to repair or replacement of items determined by HELTEC to be defective HELTEC shall have no liability under this warranty unless the procedures of the Return Policy are followed.
- HELTEC is notified in writing within 30 days after discovery of the defect and the defective items are promptly returned to HELTEC, freight prepaid, and received by HELTEC.
- Only HELTEC miners purchased by consumers directly from HELTEC or an authorized HELTEC distributor or reseller, carry our limited warranty. This limited warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
- HELTEC warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from HELTEC and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser:
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- improper or unreasonable use or maintenance;
- failure to follow operating instructions;
- accident;
- Excess moisture;
- insects;
- Lightning;
- Power surges;
- Connections to improper voltage supply;
- Unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition;
- Damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures;
- Damages caused by use with other products;
- The product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications;
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
