Payment Terms

The HELTEC reserves the right to change prices for products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. HELTEC accepts major payment methods:

• PayPal
• Debit / Credit Cards
• Alipay
• TT (Bank Transfer)

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

HELTEC may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. HELTEC may also require additional qualifying information before accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on https://heltec.org, we’ll provide you with an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify HELTEC’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. HELTEC reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If HELTEC cancels an order after you have already been billed, HELTEC will refund the billed amount.

If you choose TT (Bank transfer) as the payment method, your order will be in Pending status until the bank account designated by HELTEC receives your transfer, and your order will be considered as Processing status.

The reasons that may cause the decline of your order:

• Using unauthorized third-party plugins, service tags, cheat, hacks or bots including the aimbot speed hack, etc when shopping. If such a case occurs, your account will be blocked permanently.
