Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Method
We offer the following shipping method:
FedEx/DHL
- Efficient and safe transportation method, highly recommended for high-value products or packages.
- If you do not specify DHL or FedEx when placing an order, we will randomly choose one of the above two shipping methods.
- This shipping method does not include various taxes.
- The shipping fee you pay when placing an order is an estimate. For remote areas, additional delivery fees may be incurred. If this happens, we will contact you to pay the additional fee.
YANWEN Fast Line
- A high-efficiency mode of transportation, covering most countries and regions in the world
- With a delivery time of 7 to 20 days, but with a package loss rate of about 0.3%.
- Shipping costs to Europe and the UK already include VAT, not include Duty or other taxes.
China Post
- The delivery time is very slow, but it can be delivered to almost all places with postal services.
- This shipping method does not include various taxes.
SF Express (顺丰)
- An efficient and secure shipping method for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Yunda (韵达)
- Free shipping methods only available in Mainland China.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ABOUT TAXES
All the taxes are not covered by Heltec, the customers will be responsible for taxes and customs cost that occur. Shipping and insurance for good transportation from the HELTEC to customer, as well as import/export fees, duties, and taxes, will be paid by the customer.
ABOUT LOSS / DAMAGE
The Heltec will not bear any responsibility for the risks of goods loss or damage. If a package is lost, we will assist customers in seeking compensation from the courier company.
If customers require that the product will be insured, while in transit between warehouses and when being shipped to a customer. Customers will pay the additional insurance cost, and the insurance value and coverage will be sufficient to compensate customers for the fair order value of the Goods in the event of damage, theft, or loss. (insurance rate:1.5%)
