FAQ
We recommend a solar panel, please refer to this solar panel parameters:Solar Panel
This depends on the sensor type, data transmission interval, and other LoRa parameters. Please contact sales for confirmation.
1. Electrical characteristics do not meet the requirements of the sensor.
2. The Settings on the page do not match the actual access line.
3. When the 5/9/12V output is used, set the DIP switch to the appropriate position.
4. Note Some sensors need to hold power input for a longer period of time. Set the “TIME BEFORE READ” option on the Settings page. This time can be obtained by asking the sensor manufacturer or by doing your own experiments.
Note that the 48V input pin cannot charge the battery.
